Cadmium plating layer: spring used in the ocean or high temperature atmosphere and in contact with sea water, spring used in 70 pen hot water, cadmium is relatively stable, corrosion resistance is strong, cadmium coating is brighter than zinc coating, beautiful, soft, plasticity is better than zinc coating, hydrogen brittleness of coating is small, most suitable for spring as protective layer, but cadmium is rare, expensive, and cadmium salt is toxic, It's very harmful to the environment. Therefore, it is limited in use. In order to improve the corrosion resistance of cadmium coating, passivation treatment can be carried out after plating. The thickness of zinc and cadmium coating determines the protection ability. Generally, the thickness should be selected according to the working environment, and the thickness of zinc coating is recommended in the range of 6-24dim; The thickness of cadmium plating layer is recommended to be in the range of 6-12dim.
