When the hardware spring is installed in the automobile suspension and the vertical load is positive, all the spring pieces are deformed and tend to arch upward. At this time, the axle and frame are close to each other. When the axle and frame are far away from each other, the positive vertical load and deformation of the hardware spring will gradually decrease, sometimes even reverse.
In order to improve the stress condition of the main roll ear, the end of the second piece is often bent into a roll ear and wrapped outside the main roll ear. In order to make it possible for each piece to slide relatively during elastic deformation, a large gap is left between the main piece rolling ear and the second piece wrapping ear. The hardware spring has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation, low cost and convenient maintenance. It is not only the elastic element of suspension, but also the guiding device of suspension. One end of it is hinged with the frame, which can transmit various forces and moments and determine the jumping track of the wheel. At the same time, it also has a certain friction damping effect. Kill three birds with one stone, so it is widely used in non independent suspension.
Because the hardware spring can only be used for non independent suspension, it has heavy weight, high stiffness, poor comfort, long longitudinal size, which is not conducive to shorten the front and rear suspension of the car, and the leaf spring pin at the connection with the frame is easy to wear.
Matters needing attention in cleaning Hardware Spring
1. The welding of hardware spring changes color when heated. Wash it with 10% nitric acid or hydrofluoric acid solution, then neutralize it with ammonia water and carbonated soda solution, and then wash the stainless steel spring with water; Special use of washing drugs; Organic carbides adhere, soak in hot neutral detergent or ammonia solution, and then wash with detergent containing weak grinding, etc.
2. For example, when washing, please pay attention not to scratch the surface, and avoid the use of bleaching components, detergent containing abrasive, steel ball (brush roller ball), grinding tools, etc. in order to remove the detergent, wash the surface with clean water at the end of washing.
3. By using these methods to clean stainless steel products, the surface damage of stainless steel can be minimized as far as possible, making stainless steel products look more comfortable and comfortable to use.
4. The grease, oil and lubricating oil pollution of hardware spring shall be dried with soft cloth or paper, and then washed with neutral detergent or ammonia solution or special washing drugs; Fingerprint, with alcohol or organic solvents (ether, benzene), dry with a soft cloth, and then wash with water; The bleach and seed acid are immediately washed with water, soaked in ammonia or neutral soda water solution, and then washed with neutral detergent or warm water.
5. Clean the label and film with warm water and weak detergent; Dust and easy to remove scale, wash with soap, weak detergent or warm water; Binder composition, using alcohol or organic solution; Rust caused by surface contamination of hardware spring is washed with nitric acid (10%) or abrasive detergent - too many rainbow lines caused by special detergent, detergent or oil, and neutral detergent with warm water.
