① The diameter of the support ring increases
This is mainly because the helix angle of the support ring is smaller than that of the effective ring. Under the premise of the same feeding length and the unchanged position of the coil spring top rod, the diameter of the two adjacent spring rings will inevitably have size, and the diameter of the support ring with small helix angle will be larger than that of the effective ring with large helix angle.
The solutions are as follows: first, the special variable diameter cam plate is designed, which is similar to the method of winding the middle convex spring, so that the diameter of the middle ring is slightly larger. When the pitch plate just pushes the pitch, the diameter of the spring support ring and the effective ring is basically the same; Second, the pitch plate with boss is used to hook the spring coil when winding the spring, which is more suitable for winding the spring with large diameter and large winding ratio.
For the numerical control spring winding machine, the diameter of the support ring and the effective ring can be controlled by controlling the sliding seat position of the spring winding pin in sections.
